We accept payments from most major credit card and debit card providers using Stripe.
These include: American Express (AMEX), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We also accept card payments or cash on collection when using our ‘Made Today, Collected Tomorrow’ service.

Made the same day when ordered before 1 pm. Local collections only, Monday – Friday 09:00 – 16:30.
We will make your order the same day when ordered before 1 pm that day, for collection the following WORKING day.
Collection is NOT guaranteed on a weekend or any public holidays.

- Delivery to offshore & remote areas
Orders being delivered to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, or any other remote offshore addresses will incur postal charges for bulkier items. This is due to rising costs we are facing with our courier. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Parcel Force to deliver these larger bulkier goods.

Please note that these may be subject to local tax and duty. If duty is applicable, this will need to be paid before the goods are delivered. If you are unsure about this. Please consult your local tax office for help and advice.
Weather conditions & delays
Whilst we will do all we can to process and post your order within our stated time frame, the responsibility for delivery falls upon our delivery provider. Weather conditions can and will delay orders from being delivered. Due to this, we can’t and will not accept any delay due to events outside of our control. This includes refunds or cancellations once the order has been made and posted.
Peak demand
During busy and demanding times of the year, please allow an extra day or two for items to arrive. Royal Mail only class an item as late or missing after a period of 10 working days. Due to this, we can’t and will not accept any delay due to events outside of our control. This includes refunds or cancellations once the order has been made and posted.
International orders & delivery (excluding Northern Ireland)
Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders or offer international postage.
Refunds, Loss & Returns
Any damage & loss will be covered by MT Laser Engraving. Photographic evidence will need to be provided for damage and loss of items, and must follow the procedures as stated by the delivery company.
All loss & damage must be reported within 7 days of the item being posted. This is to ensure we can claim in line with our courier terms and conditions.
Refunds will ONLY be issued for items deemed lost by the Courier; Damage caused by an individual, such as the customer, will not be covered. Items spelt wrong will not be replaced, please check all spellings when ordering and any proof that may be sent.
We require a 10-working-day investigation period with our couriers for any loss or discrepancy with all orders.
Items ordered incorrectly will not be refunded or exchanged as they are deemed unsellable. However, we will work with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase.
Any items deemed faulty or damaged must either be returned or collected for us to provide a full refund.
If you would like to return a non-personalised product, this must be done 5 days after receiving your goods. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the cost to cover all merchant charges associated with any refund due. The buyer is to cover the full return postage and ensure this arrives with no damage. If the item is received back to us damaged, then no refund can be given, and the goods must then be collected at the buyer’s cost.
All returned items must be wrapped carefully and in line with the courier’s expectations. Failure to do so will cause a return to be rejected due to further damage caused by a lack of packing.
We guarantee all items for 6 months.
